You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Contact me via firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the package back.
Please mention your order ID (starting with #1...) otherwise I cannot process your request.
Returns will be accepted within the time frames set forth above only if the following conditions have been met:
- The products have not been used or worn and are in the same conditions in which they were received.
- The products are returned in their original packaging.
- The products are not damaged.
I reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Body Jewellery cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. For example:
- Ear Weights, Ear Hangers, Saddle Spreaders
- Plugs, Tunnels
Final sales items, gift cards and customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
If the return is accepted, you will receive an email with more information.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product.
Products sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for guaranteeing the safe return of your package to me.
Any product that gets lost or damaged during return fare will not be subject to a refund or exchange.
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase price of the products (minus shipping fees). Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
Returns and exchanges in case of a wrong product size
I do not offer size exchanges for Plugs, Tunnels and Ear Weights if you have ordered the wrong size.
Please always check the size, color etc. of your products during the checkout process and after placing your order again in your confirmation e-mail if everything is correct. I can make changes if your order is still in process but once your order has been shipped I can't make any changes.
Returns and exchanges in case of damaged or wrong products
If you receive a damaged, broken or wrong product than you have ordered please contact me immediately via email@example.com with all details. Please attach your order id and a photo of the product because this makes it easier to find a solution.
After you informed me, you have 14 days from that day to return the product. If I do not receive the product or do not hear any reaction from you the case will be closed.
Any refund will have to wait until the package is returned.
In case of a re-shipping, the new shipping costs will be at my charge.
Please note: Due to the many variations in monitors, browsers and smart phones the color samples may appear different on different monitors.
Products with organic materials (gemstones, wood, brass and shells) has it's very own color and structure - they are unique! These are no valid reasons for returning a product.
